Active Learning Classrooms

Our learning in action classrooms allow students to set goals, understand and embrace their learning styles, physically and visually see their progress, implement learned skills, support one another and take charge of their futures!  The Goedde offers the following Learning in Action Classrooms:

The Goedde Boutique – A 100% donation based retail store.  Customer Service, communication and inventory management become well developed skills through retail management within this Boutique.

Culinary – Explores and teaches immersive interactions with food and cooking beyond the simple consumption!  We focus on engaging multiple senses to create a unique and enjoyable encounter with food!

Intervention -  A focused classroom with specific objective or a set of steps to address academic needs of students.

The Goedde Science Experiences – This classroom serves as a dynamic space for interactive, hands-on learning, fostering a more engaging and effective educational environment.  We are redefining the way students learn by fostering exploration, experimentation, and critical thinking!

Work Based Learning -  This is an educational strategy that provides students with opportunities in career awareness, career exploration, and career preparation.  It is specifically designed to coordinate a sequence of experiences that provide real-world learning.
